Tutorial: How I conceal undereyes

IMG_3671My under-eye circles have always been a huge problem for me and one of my biggest insecurities. Ever since I was a young teen, I’ve always struggled with them. They’re so dark and brown, it makes the rest of my face look more jaundiced than it normally is and for the longest time, I felt like I couldn’t go out without makeup due to my dark circles. Now that I’m older, I’ve learned to live with them. They’re hereditary (thanks, dad) so I’m stuck with them for life but through many trials and many errors, I feel like I have finally figured out a way to make them disappear whenever I feel like it.

I initially ordered this kit on its release date back in April, but problems with shipping and having to go through customer service to get a replacement meant that I only ended up getting it about a week ago. Before I even start on the product, I must give a huge shout-out to Sleek’s customer service for being very professional and understanding. They sent me a replacement no questions asked and they sent it tracked which isn’t even what I initially paid for.

Review: Sleek I-Divine Eyeshadow Palette

I discovered Sleek just over a year ago and it’s been one of my favourite drugstore makeup brands since, not only is it super affordable but I’ve yet to buy a product of theirs that I didn’t really like.

One of the first products I ever bought from them was their i-Divine palette. I was looking for a simple browny-neutral palette that was suitable for everyday, but as I don’t wear eyeshadow that often I wasn’t willing to invest much. The Au Natural palette seemed perfect for me, and it was.
